The heavy-hitters of the car industry may be struggling, but the rising fashion stars of Detroit Rock City may come to the rescue to clean up the ruins.

Retro Rags Collection

The greatest ideas are created in bars. If you don’t believe me just ask elementary school art teacher Erin Norton. What started out as an innocent Happy Hour turned into the creation of a cool retro t-shirt line. Created to commemorate Detroit’s, New York’s, Chicago’s, and Los Angeles’ historical hot spots, clubs, bars, breweries, and taverns of the 20’s through the 50’s, including infamous rock venues and sports hangouts of the 60’s and 70’s.

Simplified Clothing
If only everything in life was this simple. Inspired by suburban America, graphic design, music and everything in life that makes it worth living. The line focuses on the subtle-tees of reality. In the words of the creators: “In the sea of t-shirt companies, we strive to bring honest design while accelerating the possibilities of art further than a t-shirt.”
