Hailing from Berlin, Germany, Universal Poison is a new brand (launched last month) that features ‘edgy-impertinent’ designs.
Each t-shirt is hand painted with original drawings by Ana Pla, who dares to go where printers do not. Many of the shirts feature paintings that wrap around the body, with detailed motives that contain more than meets the eye at first glance.
In the artist’s own words: “My paintings combine cartoonish obsessions with brightly painted dark thoughts. Universal Poison is a (sometimes) colorful journey through the twisted roads of my mind. Universal Poison is made with love for the generation of the weird, for the shocker & the rocker, for the bold and the beautiful and most of all for the impertinent.”
One thing for sure, these T-shirts will not leave you indifferent.
